Refund policy
Due to COVID-19 and the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you recieve a damaged product you will be able to return the item and will be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened and in the original packaging it was in. You will need to send over a picture with proof of damage to enquiries@alexandra-jayne.com and once that is approved you will then be refunded within 3-6 working days depending on your bank.
Please note Alexandra Jayne do not take liability for lost post if your order is not sent back tracked and signed for - postage costs are not covered by us for returns. We advise you to retain your proof of postage.
